The Hillsboro Burros football team (Nashville, TN), was ripped 48-13 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Centennial Cougars (Franklin, TN)

The Cougars (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbia Central (Columbia, TN). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, Columbia Central trounced Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN), 35-19, in a league challenge.

The Burros now sport a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shelbyville Central for a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 4. Hillsboro will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a 34-14 league win over Tullahoma (Tullahoma, TN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 9-1.
