October 26, 2023: El Paso, TX 79936 The Montwood Rams thwarted the visiting El Dorado Aztecs football team by a count of 34-16 in Thursday's league outing.
With the win, Montwood moves its record to 3-6 on the year. The Rams travel to Coronado (El Paso, TX) to face the Thunderbirds in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 1. The Thunderbirds enter the bout with a record of 1-4. Coronado won 30-0 in their recent non-league bout against Socorro (El Paso, TX)
The Aztecs (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Franklin (El Paso, TX). The Cougars enter the non-league bout with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Franklin was defeated by Eastwood (El Paso, TX), 40-30, in a non-league test.
