The St. Augustine Purple Knights felled the host Brother Martin Crusaders football team by a score of 28-0 in Saturday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Purple Knights face the Holy Cross Tigers (New Orleans, LA) in a 5A District 9 challenge, on Friday, November 1. St. Augustine will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 13-7 league loss to Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA).

The Crusaders (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Warren Easton (New Orleans, LA). The Fighting Eagles go into the 5A District 9 challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Warren Easton lost by Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA), 62-16, in a league challenge.
