New York High School Football - Xavier defeated by St. Joseph-by-the-Sea
October 26, 2024: New York, NY 10011 The St. Joseph-by-the-Sea Vikings were victorious over the host Xavier Knights football team by a score of 36-14 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Vikings face the Fordham Prep Rams (Bronx, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 2. St. Joseph-by-the-Sea will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 35-0 non-league loss to St. Anthony's (Melville, NY).
The Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaminade (Mineola, NY). The Flyers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Chaminade lost by Iona Prep (New Rochelle, NY), 30-14, in a league challenge.
