Gillion Academy Lions (Springfield, VA) backers went home thrilled Sunday as they saw their basketball team thwart the host Blue Ridge Raiders (New Milford, PA), 57-46 in a non-league contest.

The Lions (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
