Arkansas High School Basketball - Omaha tops Eureka Springs
October 27, 2023: Eureka Springs, AR 72632 Omaha Eagles (Omaha, AR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Eureka Springs Highlanders (Eureka Springs, AR), 71-56 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Omaha upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Deer (Deer, AR) to play the Antlers in a 1A Region 1 East bout on Friday, November 10. The Antlers come into the bout with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Highlanders play the Lead Hill Tigers (Lead Hill, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 3. Eureka Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 62-49 non-league loss to Calico Rock (Calico Rock, AR).
