The Travelers Rest Devildogs (Travelers Rest, SC) football edged the visiting Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers (Greer, SC), 24-21 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Devildogs face the Pendleton Bulldogs (Pendleton, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 3. Travelers Rest will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 8-2 record after their 54-8 league win over Walhalla (Walhalla, SC).
