The Union City Soaring Eagles (Union City, NJ) football routed the visiting Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ), 41-7 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Soaring Eagles face the West Orange Mountaineers (West Orange, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 3. Union City will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Mountaineers enter the bout with a 4-5 record after their 25-21 non-league loss to Plainfield (Plainfield, NJ).

The Comets (5-4) will now prepare for their bout against Teaneck (Teaneck, NJ). The Highwaymen come into the non-league game with a 7-1 record.
