The Morgantown Mohigans thwarted the host University Hawks football team by a count of 26-18 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Morgantown moves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Mohigans host Linsly (Wheeling, WV) to face the Cadets in a non-league bout on Friday, November 3. The Cadets enter the bout with a record of 4-5. Linsly lost 28-21 in their recent non-league bout against Bridgeport (Bridgeport, WV)

The Hawks (4-5) will now prepare for their bout against Oak Hill (Oak Hill, WV). The Red Devils enter the Coalfield AAA bout with a 8-1 record. In their last bout, Oak Hill defeated Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV), 21-19, in a league bout.
