October 27, 2023: Newark, NJ 07103 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Governor Livingston Highlanders (Berkeley Heights, NJ) and the host Newark Vocational Eagles (Newark, NJ), saw Governor Livingston's volleyball squad beat Newark Vocational by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Governor Livingston upgrades its record to 11-4 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Wall Township (Wall, NJ) to play the Crimson Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 1. The Crimson Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Wall Township won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ)
The Eagles now own a 4-5 record.
