New York High School Football - Forman thwarted by Albany Academy for Boys
October 27, 2024: Albany, NY 12208 Albany Academy for Boys Cadets (Albany, NY) fans went home in high spirits Sunday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Forman Lions (Litchfield, CT), 44-16 in a league battle.
With the win, Albany Academy for Boys improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Cadets travel to Millbrook School (Millbrook, NY) to play the Mustangs in a NEPSAC 8-Man (8 Man) battle on Friday, November 1. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 2-3. Millbrook School lost 56-21 in their recent league battle against Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA)
The Lions now have a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Pomfret School for a NEPSAC 8-Man (8 Man) battle on Saturday, November 2. Forman will play a Griffins team coming off a 60-6 league loss to Frederick Gunn (Washington, CT). The Griffins record now stands at 0-5.
