Maryland High School Football - Calvert prevails Patuxent
October 27, 2025: Prince Frederick, MD 20678 In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Calvert Cavaliers football team scored a nice 29-7 win over the Patuxent Panthers.
In their next game, the Cavaliers play the Huntingtown Hurricanes (Huntingtown, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 1. Calvert will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Hurricanes go into the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 37-14 non-league win over Patuxent (Lusby, MD).
The Panthers (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Hornets go into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Great Mills knocked off La Plata (La Plata, MD), 48-0, in a non-league test.
