October 27, 2025: River Rouge, MI 48218 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the River Rouge Panthers (River Rouge, MI) and the visiting Advanced Tech Academy Lakers (Dearborn, MI), observed River Rouge's volleyball team hold off Advanced Tech Academy by a score of 3-2.
With the win, River Rouge improves its record to 6-9 on the season. The Panthers host Arbor Prep (Ypsilanti, MI) to encounter the Gators in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 28. The Gators go into the battle with a record of 5-11. Arbor Prep won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Robichaud (Dearborn Heights, MI)
The Lakers now own a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they host Voyageur Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 28. Advanced Tech Academy will meet a Cougar team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Pontiac Academy for Excellence (Pontiac, MI). The Cougar record now stands at 6-12.
