Louisiana High School Football - Amite trounces Pine
October 28, 2021: Amite, LA 70422 In Thursday's league match, the host Amite Warriors football squad scored a big 43-7 victory over the Pine Raiders.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Kentwood Kangaroos (Kentwood, LA) in a 2A District 9 match, on Friday, November 5. Amite will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Kangaroos enter the match with a 4-3 record after their 34-31 league loss to St. Helena College and Career Academy (Greensburg, LA).
The Raiders (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Varnado (Angie, LA). The Wildcats enter the 2A District 9 match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Varnado was crushed by Independence (Independence, LA), 35-18, in a league match.
