The Plaquemine Green Devils football squad scored 52 points and restricted the host Ferriday Trojans to 14 in the Green Devils non-league victory on Friday.

The Green Devils now possess a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Feliciana for a 4A District 6 battle on Friday, November 4. Plaquemine will face a Saints squad coming off a 55-8 league win over Broadmoor (Baton Rouge, LA). The Saints record now stands at 10-0.

Coming up next, the Trojans face the Rayville Hornets (Rayville, LA) in a 2A District 2 battle, on Friday, November 4. Ferriday will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 2-8 record after their 62-8 league loss to Mangham (Mangham, LA).
