The Nogales Apaches thwarted the host Rincon/University Rangers football team by a count of 31-13 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Nogales upgrades its record to 2-6 on the season. The Apaches travel to Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ) to encounter the Blue Devils in a 5A Sonoran outing on Friday, November 4. The Blue Devils go into the outing with a record of 5-3. Sunnyside won 61-13 in their recent league outing against Cholla (Tucson, AZ)

With the loss, Rincon/University moves to 1-7 on the season. The Rangers host Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ) to encounter the Caballeros in a 5A Sonoran outing on Friday, November 4.
