The Frederick Gunn Highlanders (Washington, CT) football defeated the visiting Pomfret School Griffins (Pomfret, CT), 48-32 in Saturday's league bout.

In their next game, the Highlanders face the Holderness Bulls (Plymouth, NH) in a NEPSAC 8-Man (8 Man) bout, on Saturday, November 4. Frederick Gunn will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record.
