October 28, 2024: Prince Frederick, MD 20678 The Northern Patriots football squad scored 37 points and limited the host Calvert Cavaliers to 6 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Monday.
The Patriots now hold a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Huntingtown for a non-league test on Saturday, November 2. Northern will meet a Hurricanes squad coming off a 41-6 non-league win over Chopticon (Morganza, MD). The Hurricanes record now stands at 5-2.
With the defeat, Calvert drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Patuxent (Lusby, MD) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, November 2. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 5-2. Patuxent won 16-8 in their recent non-league test against Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD)
