Mississippi High School Soccer - Southeast Lauderdale toppled by Laurel
October 28, 2024: Meridian, MS 39301 Laurel Golden Tornadoes (Laurel, MS) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Southeast Lauderdale Tigers (Meridian, MS), 6-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Laurel advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Golden Tornadoes travel to Columbia (Columbia, MS) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 29. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Tigers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Enterprise for a 1A Region 5 test on Thursday, December 5.
