Georgia High School Flag Football - Laney overwhelmed by Jefferson County
October 28, 2025: Louisville, GA 30434 The Jefferson County Warriors walloped the visiting Laney Wildcats flag football team by a score of 33-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Hephzibah Rebels (Hephzibah, GA) in a D1 Area 6 East outing, on Thursday, October 30. Jefferson County will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Rebels come into the outing with a 6-4 record after their 47-0 league win over Hancock Central (Sparta, GA).
With the defeat, Laney drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Warren County (Warrenton, GA) to clash with the Screaming Devils in a D1 Area 6 West game on Thursday, October 30. The Screaming Devils enter the game with a record of 7-3. Warren County won 26-7 in their recent league game against Greene County (Greensboro, GA)
