Virginia High School Football - Fork Union Military Academy routed by Blue Ridge
October 29, 2022: St. George, VA 22935 The Fork Union Military Academy Blue Devils football team (Fork Union, VA), was ripped 48-13 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA)
The Barons (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Fredericksburg Christian (Fredericksburg, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Fredericksburg Christian was ripped by Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA), 49-43, in a non-league challenge.
The Blue Devils now sport a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodberry Forest for a VISAA Virginia Prep challenge on Friday, November 4. Fork Union Military Academy will meet a Tigers team coming off a 55-28 league loss to Trinity Episcopal (Richmond, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-2.
