Massachusetts High School Football - Lawrence Academy beat Tabor Academy
October 29, 2022: Groton, MA 01450 The Lawrence Academy Spartans football squad scored 35 points and restricted the visiting Tabor Academy Seawolves to 7 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Spartans (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Governor's Academy (Byfield, MA). The Governors come into the Independent School ISL-7 challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Governor's Academy knocked off Thayer Academy (Braintree, MA), 36-8, in a league challenge.
The Seawolves now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Middlesex for a Independent School ISL-9 challenge on Friday, November 4. Tabor Academy will meet a team coming off a 44-0 league loss to Rivers (Weston, MA). The record now stands at 0-6.
