October 29, 2025: Church Point, LA 70525 The Church Point Bears topped the visiting Crowley Gent volleyball team by a margin of 3-1 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Bears now possess a 13-15 record. They play next when they travel to Iota for a Division III District 2 outing on Thursday, October 30. Church Point will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Eunice (Eunice, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 26-4.
With the loss, Crowley falls to 11-9 on the year. The Gent travel to Opelousas Catholic (Opelousas, LA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league game on Wednesday, October 29. The Vikings enter the game with a record of 10-13. Opelousas Catholic lost 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Marksville (Marksville, LA)
