Boquet Valley Griffins (Elizabethtown, NY) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Schroon Lake Wildcats (Schroon Lake, NY), 5-4 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Griffins confront the Lake Placid Bombers (Lake Placid, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Boquet Valley will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Bombers enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 4-0 league loss to Chazy (Chazy, NY).
