October 3, 2022: Rockwell, NC 28138 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Rockwell Christian School Chargers (Rockwell, NC) and the visiting Calvary Christian Cougar (King, NC), saw Rockwell Christian School's volleyball squad beat Calvary Christian by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Rockwell Christian School upgrades its record to 11-1 on the year. The Chargers travel to Shining Light Baptist Academy (Monroe, NC) to play the Sharks in a NCCSA A District 2 bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Sharks go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Shining Light Baptist Academy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against New Manna Christian (Marion, NC)
The Cougar now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they travel to Sheets Memorial Christian for a NCCSA A District 3 bout on Tuesday, October 4. Calvary Christian will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Fellowship Baptist Academy (Durham, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 10-3.
