New York High School Volleyball - Chenango Valley tips Cortland
October 3, 2022: Binghamton, NY 13901 The Chenango Valley Warriors (Binghamton, NY) volleyball nudged the visiting Cortland Purple Tigers (Cortland, NY), 3-2 in Monday's non-league outing.
With the win, Chenango Valley betters its record to 3-2 on the year. The Warriors travel to Elmira (Elmira, NY) to face the Express in a Section 4 Southern Tier outing on Thursday, October 6. The Express go into the outing with a record of 1-7. Elmira lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Horseheads (Horseheads, NY)
The Purple Tigers now sport a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Public Service Leadership Academy for a SCA- Empire outing on Tuesday, October 4.
