Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Newton North over Melrose
October 3, 2022: Melrose, MA 02176 Newton North Tigers (Newtonville, MA) backers left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Melrose Red Raiders (Melrose, MA), 3-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Milton Wildcats (Milton, MA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 6. Newton North will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 6-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Norwell (Norwell, MA).
With the loss, Melrose drops to 7-3 on the campaign. The Red raiders travel to Stoneham (Stoneham, MA) to battle the Spartans in a Middlesex match on Friday, October 7. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 2-6.
