October 3, 2023: Bloomington, MN 55420 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Kennedy Eagles (Bloomington, MN) and the visiting Columbia Heights Hylanders (Columbia Heights, MN), saw Kennedy's soccer squad get by Columbia Heights by a margin of 3-2.
The Eagles now sport a 12-4 record. They play next when they host Hopkins for a Class AA Section 6 test on Thursday, October 5. Kennedy will meet a Royals squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Royals record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Columbia Heights drops to 7-3 on the season. The Hylanders travel to Como Park (St. Paul, MN) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, October 5. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 5-6. Como Park won 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN)
