October 3, 2023: Spokane, WA 99223 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Ferris Saxons (Spokane, WA) and the visiting Cheney Blackhawks (Cheney, WA), saw Ferris's volleyball squad beat Cheney by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Ferris upgrades its record to 7-7 on the year. The Saxons travel to Mead (Spokane, WA) to play the Panthers in a 3A/4A Greater Spokane bout on Thursday, October 5. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 13-5. Mead won 3-2 in their recent league bout against University (Spokane, WA)
The Blackhawks now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Ridgeline for a 3A/4A Greater Spokane bout on Thursday, October 5. Cheney will play a Falcons squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Mt. Spokane (Mead, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 10-7.
