The Ursuline Fighting Irish walloped the host Highland Hornets football team by a score of 44-12 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Fighting Irish face the Villa Angela-St. Joseph Vikings (Cleveland, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Ursuline will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Vikings go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 22-10 non-league win over Riverside (Painesville, OH).

The Hornets (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Revere (Richfield, OH). The Minutemen go into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Revere was ripped by Barberton (Barberton, OH), 22-20, in a non-league challenge.
