Florida High School Football - Mainland tops DeLand
October 3, 2024: DeLand, FL 32724 The Mainland Buccaneers football squad scored 45 points and limited the host DeLand Bulldogs to 22 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Buccaneers now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Flagler Palm Coast for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. Mainland will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 27-0 non-league win over University (Orange City, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, DeLand drops to 1-1 on the campaign.
