The Tigers now hold a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Purnell Swett for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. South View will meet a Rams squad coming off a 24-12 non-league loss to Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Rams record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, Lumberton drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC) to meet the Bears in a non-league test on Thursday, October 10.
