October 3, 2024: Peoria, IL 61614 Peoria Notre Dame Irish (Peoria, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Bloomington Purple Raiders (Bloomington, IL), 7-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Peoria Notre Dame advances its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Irish host Champaign Central (Champaign, IL) to clash with the Maroons in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. The Maroons come into the test with a record of 0-1.
The Purple Raiders now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Springfield for a non-league test on Saturday, October 5.
