Ohio High School Soccer - Briggs nudges West Jefferson
October 3, 2024: Columbus, OH 43223 The Briggs Bruins soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting West Jefferson Roughriders to 3 in the Bruins non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bruins now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Northridge for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 5. Briggs will play a Vikings squad coming off a 0-0 league Lakewood (Hebron, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, West Jefferson moves to 3-10 on the year. The Roughriders travel to Westfall (Williamsport, OH) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, October 7.
