October 3, 2024: Marcellus, MI 49067 In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Calhoun Christian Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Howardsville Christian Eagles.
The Cougars (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Tri-Unity Christian (Wyoming, MI). The Defenders go into the non-league outing with a 0-9 record. In their last outing, Tri-Unity Christian was edged by Wellspring Prep (Grand Rapids, MI), 6-3, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Covert Bulldogs (Covert, MI) in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph outing, on Tuesday, October 8. Howardsville Christian will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 8-7 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to South Haven (South Haven, MI).
