Illinois High School Soccer - St. Teresa toppled by Urbana University
October 3, 2024: Decatur, IL 62526 Urbana University Illineks (Urbana, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host St. Teresa Bulldogs (Decatur, IL), 13-4 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Urbana University advances its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Illineks travel to Mattoon (Mattoon, IL) to clash with the Greenwave in a non-league test on Monday, October 7. The Greenwave come into the test with a record of 9-7. Mattoon lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln (Lincoln, IL)
The Bulldogs now have a 6-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond for a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. St. Teresa will clash with a Knights team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL). The Knights record now stands at 2-9.
