October 3, 2024: Hayneville, AL 36040 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Autaugaville Eagles (Autaugaville, AL) and the host Central Lions (Hayneville, AL), observed Autaugaville's volleyball team top Central by a tally of 3-0.
The Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Park Crossing (Montgomery, AL). The Thunderbirds enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Park Crossing was beaten by Autauga Academy (Prattville, AL), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Lions meet the Notasulga Blue Devils (Notasulga, AL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 7. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Blue Devils enter the contest with a 5-7 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Valley (Valley, AL).
