October 3, 2024: Heathsville, VA 22473 In Thursday's league challenge, the host Northumberland Indians volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Colonial Beach Drifters.
The Indians (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mathews (Mathews, VA). The Blue Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Mathews beat Charles City (Charles City, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Drifters meet the Lancaster Red Devils (Lancaster, VA) in a Northern Neck challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Colonial Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Essex (Tappahannock, VA).
