The Lancers (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ursuline Academy (Dedham, MA). The Bears enter the Catholic contest with a 6-8 record.
Next, the Spartans meet the Winthrop Vikings (Winthrop, MA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 7. Stoneham will attempt to move on its 2-11 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 3-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Salem (Salem, MA).
