The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Canby Cougars (Canby, OR) and the visiting Aloha Warriors (Beaverton, OR), witnessed Canby's football squad knock off Aloha by a tally of 56-35.

The Cougars (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Wilsonville (Wilsonville, OR). The Wildcats go into the 5A Special District 2 bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Wilsonville beat North Medford (Medford, OR), 17-6, in a non-league bout.

The Warriors now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Forest Grove for a 5A Special District 2 bout on Friday, October 10. Aloha will encounter a Vikings team coming off a 42-0 league win over McKay (Salem, OR). The Vikings record now stands at 3-2.
