The Covington Buccs football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Bethel Bees to 15 in the Buccs league triumph on Friday.

The Buccs now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Northridge for a Three Rivers test on Friday, October 10. Covington will clash with a Polar Bears squad coming off a 27-9 league win over Riverside (De Graff, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 1-5.

With the defeat, Bethel drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Bees host Lehman Catholic (Sidney, OH) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Three Rivers test on Friday, October 10. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 6-1. Lehman Catholic lost 51-32 in their recent league test against Miami East (Casstown, OH)
