The Seven Rivers Christian Warriors football squad scored 26 points and limited the host Bishop McLaughlin Catholic Hurricanes to 20 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now have a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bronson for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 10. Seven Rivers Christian will face a Eagles team coming off a 42-0 non-league loss to Foundation Academy (Winter Garden, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 0-7.

The Hurricanes (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Canterbury (Fort Myers, FL). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Canterbury was edged by Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL), 41-3, in a non-league challenge.
