Nevada High School Football - Moapa Valley triumphant over Boulder City

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Moapa Valley Pirates (Overton, NV) and the host Boulder City Eagles (Boulder City, NV), witnessed Moapa Valley's football squad wallop Boulder City by a count of 44-8.

The Pirates (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pahrump Valley (Pahrump, NV). The Trojans go into the 3A Southern battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Pahrump Valley walloped Democracy Prep Agassi Campus (Las Vegas, NV), 36-12, in a league battle.

The Eagles now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to The Meadows School for a 3A Southern battle on Friday, October 10. Boulder City will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 63-12 league loss to Virgin Valley (Mesquite, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-4.
