The Woods Cross Wildcats football team (Woods Cross, UT), was tipped 28-21 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT)

With the win, Brighton advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Bengals host Bountiful (Bountiful, UT) to encounter the Redhawks in a 5A Region 6 bout on Thursday, October 9. The Redhawks go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Bountiful won 42-31 in their recent league bout against Alta (Sandy, UT)

The Wildcats now own a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Olympus for a 5A Region 6 contest on Thursday, October 9. Woods Cross will battle a Titans squad coming off a 24-0 league win over Viewmont (Bountiful, UT). The Titans record now stands at 4-4.
