The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Royal Knights (Royal City, WA) and the visiting Cashmere Bulldogs (Cashmere, WA), witnessed Royal's football squad nip Cashmere by a final score of 21-15.

With the win, Royal advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Prosser (Prosser, WA) to encounter the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 9. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Prosser won 35-7 in their recent league bout against Quincy (Quincy, WA)

The Bulldogs now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Zillah for a 1A South Central bout on Friday, October 10. Cashmere will encounter a Leopards team coming off a 61-0 league win over Kiona-Benton (Benton City, WA). The Leopards record now stands at 4-1.
