October 3, 2025: Victoria, VA 23974 The Lunenburg Central Chargers walloped the visiting Clarke County Eagles football team by a score of 48-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Chargers face the Cumberland Dukes (Cumberland, VA) in a James River game, on Friday, October 10. Lunenburg Central will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Dukes enter the game with a 2-4 record after their 60-20 league loss to Nottoway (Nottoway, VA).
The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their outing against Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA). The Falcons come into the Bull Run outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Central Woodstock was overwhelmed by Skyline (Front Royal, VA), 42-40, in a non-league outing.
