In Friday's league match, the host Clinton Redwolves football squad scored a decisive 69-14 triumph over the Hillsdale Hornets.

The Redwolves (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Hudson (Hudson, MI). The Tigers come into the Lenawee County match with a 6-0 record. In their last match, Hudson routed Dundee (Dundee, MI), 64-14, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Hornets meet the Onsted Wildcats (Onsted, MI) in a Lenawee County match, on Friday, October 10. Hillsdale will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 2-4 record after their 33-27 league win over Blissfield (Blissfield, MI).
