Minnesota High School Football - Denfeld thwarted by Duluth East
October 3, 2025: Duluth, MN 55811 Duluth East Greyhounds (Duluth, MN) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football squad thwart the host Denfeld Hunters (Duluth, MN), 33-6 in a league match.
The Greyhounds (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Cloquet (Cloquet, MN). The Lumberjacks come into the Northeast - Red match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Cloquet defeated Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] (Eveleth, MN), 46-6, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Hunters confront the North Branch Vikings (North Branch, MN) in a Northeast - Red match, on Friday, October 10. Denfeld will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
