In Friday's league match, the host Willcox Cowboys football squad scored a decisive 58-0 victory over the Desert Christian Eagles.

The Cowboys (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Santa Cruz Valley (Eloy, AZ). The Dust Devils enter the 2A South 2 match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Santa Cruz Valley was crushed by Benson (Benson, AZ), 28-26, in a league battle.
