Connecticut High School Football - Fairfield Prep beat Shelton

The Fairfield Prep Jesuits football squad scored 26 points and limited the host Shelton Gaels to 14 in the Jesuits league triumph on Friday.

The Jesuits now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Haven for a Southern Connecticut test on Friday, October 10. Fairfield Prep will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 41-14 league win over Xavier (Middletown, CT). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Shelton drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Gaels host Guilford (Guilford, CT) to clash with the Grizzlies in a Southern Connecticut game on Friday, October 10. The Grizzlies enter the game with a record of 3-1. Guilford won 51-6 in their recent league game against Foran (Milford, CT)
